360 Degree Feedback
360 degree feedback is the process of gathering direct feedback from individuals all round the leader – their line manager, peers, stakeholders and direct reports and sharing the key themes sensitively and positively.
Aligned to your organisational priorities, values and behaviours, 10 feedback interviews are designed and conducted and the key themes are consolidated into a bespoke, confidential feedback report. This forms the basis of one or more coaching sessions within their wider coaching programme.
