Insights Discovery
Description
The Insights Discovery methodology uses a simple and memorable four colour model to help you understand your preferred style. We call these the colour energies, and it’s the unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies, which determines how and why people behave the way they do. It helps you understand yourself, and also provides a lens to consider your interactions with others with different styles.
In this programme you will:
- Complete an online Insights Discovery evaluation
- Watch a video introducing the concept
- Attend a one-to-one coaching session with Ellie where you will receive your unique profile, explore your preferences and reflect on how you can use them to help you in your work and when communicating with others
