Niamh is a performance and professional development coach who works with individuals and organisations to enhance career clarity, confidence and capability. She has a background in senior HR roles and is great at supporting others to grow and succeed at work. She offers one-to-one and group coaching to help clients define their own version of career success, navigate progression barriers, and prepare for their next step, all while balancing professional and personal priorities. She holds a Postgraduate qualification in Business and Personal Coaching and is an ACC-accredited member of the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Strengths Profile Practitioner. She actively supports causes close to her heart, volunteering with charities including Pregnant Then Screwed, Young Women’s Trust and Tommy’s. We trained together at Barefoot Coaching and has been one of my own coaches since.

Catherine is a coach, mentor, advisor and speaker. She works with organisations from start-ups though to globally listed companies to help them support working parents and improve their gender balance. She is also the author of Amazon bestseller Working Parents-to-be. She has developed a highly successful programme to support the leave and return of working parents (pre, during and post parental leave) and their managers.

Prior to this, Catherine had a 20-year corporate career, most recently at Sky in Group Strategy. During her time there, she also became mum to a little girl and subsequently founded and ran Parents@Sky and co-founded Sky’s Women in Leadership initiative, alongside her “day job”. Sky won the 2016 Working Mum’s Overall Top Employer Award and made The Times Top 50 Employers for Women list in 2016, and every year since and was awarded first place in the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers 2019/20 list.

James is an excellent Chief People Officer. He is also an experienced Executive Coach who works with senior leaders navigating transition, organisational complexity and change. He brings warmth, insight and challenge to his coaching. He supports leaders in a range of areas including stepping into new roles, leading with authenticity and building confidence in uncertain environments. His coaching creates space for reflection and growth, enabling clients to explore their leadership, relationships and impact, and move forward with clarity and purpose.

I have known James since my headhunter days and he has been my own coach. He has worked in a range of industries and ownership structures from Plc to PE backed, and has experience as a Trustee. He mentors Chief People Officers and HR professionals, and supports high potential talent through programmes with Aston University, Warwick Business School and Digital Catapult. I admire his ability to juggle many things including giving time to good causes, being a father to two daughters, running a coaching practice, all alongside a full time executive role.
