Includes all elements of Career Reassess, Refocus & Readiness and and Super Strengths programmes with additional coaching sessions. We will work together to identify your focus areas and create a bespoke programme tailored to you, with topics including:
- Understanding your strengths – where you perform best and are energised
- Reflecting on your career highs to date and what they have in common
- Pinpointing your values – what matters most to you in your career
- Identifying what is most important to you in your career
- Nailing your ‘elevator pitch’ so you can impactfully describe who you are, what you do and the value you add
- Using LinkedIn to create a strong first impression, build relationships and have ongoing engagement with key individuals
- Creating a networking plan (even if you don’t love networking!) and getting results from it
- Refining your CV to highlight your best achievements and traits and help steer the focus of discussions
- Navigating the evolving job market and how best to interact with recruitment and search firms today.
- Improving your performance at interviews through planning, preparation and practice
- Working out which offer to accept and negotiating the package
- Transitioning successfully between roles to leave on a high and land with impact
Prices start from £1,980 for 5 one-hour online coaching sessions, 6 video sessions and coaching exercises. Quoted prices include VAT.
Additional sessions are £264 for an hour (usually £396). This reduced rate applies once you have invested in this programme.
If you are going to be in London, there is also the option to upgrade to 90 minute in-person coaching sessions – £2,640 for 5 90-minute in-person coaching sessions, 6 video sessions and coaching exercises. I offer a the reduced coaching rate of £396 (usually £594) for additional 90-minute in-person sessions. A hybrid of in-person and online sessions is available – contact me to discuss your individual needs.
