With unlimited coaching sessions for one year, this transformative programme goes beyond typical career coaching. It’s a personalised experience offering ongoing support, tailored connections and proactive guidance. You also have access to all of the resources from Your Personal Recruitment Coach and practical support in all required elements.

How the programme works:

Discovery Phase: We start with an exploratory meeting to assess fit, explore your coaching goals and clarify expectations.

Self-assessment: You’ll evaluate your current confidence levels in 9 key areas which will guide our approach.

Tailored coaching plan: We’ll create a plan aligned with your unique objectives. This will include reflection exercises, interview practice and feedback. I will be here to support and challenge.

Flexible session cadence: Typically, we meet every 2-3 weeks for 90 minutes, though frequency may increase ahead of pivotal moments.

Insight-Driven Development: We’ll use tools like Insights Discovery and Strengths Profile to gather self-reported data on your strengths and preferences, shaping the way we move forward.
