Elevate Your Vision – Group Coaching Programme

Join this intensive and impactful group coaching programme run by Executive Coaches Ellie Rich-Poole and Kate Faxen. We will help you take a pause from the ‘doing’ and make time for reflection and planning.

The programme includes:

1. A one-to-one 30-minute exploratory session online with either Ellie or Kate (November/December).
2. A suite of carefully curated exercises enabling you to identify meaningful professional goals.
3. An in-person group coaching day in a beautiful Central London venue on Thursday 14 January 2027 with a select group of high calibre leaders bringing to life your career vision.
4. Two online group ‘check-in and cheer on’ sessions throughout the year building in accountability and support.
