Description
A bespoke career coaching programme for Executives and high calibre leaders. Including six 90-minute coaching sessions at a cadence that suits you either in person in London, virtual or hybrid, supported by a wide range of additional resources for you to work on independently.
Either a deep dive into a focus area (e.g. preparing for an important interview) or general support (e.g. partnering you as you navigate the job market).
Self-understanding
- Understanding your strengths – achieving clarity about where you perform best and are energised through an expert Strengths Profile and self reflection.
- Reflecting on your career highs and lows to date and how they will inform your next steps
- Gaining clarity on your preferred organisational culture and leader
- Pinpointing your values and what matters most to you
- Clarifying your vision: identifying what is most important to you in the next stage of your professional life, and longer term, and how this fits into your life as a whole.
Telling your story – past, present and future
- Perfecting your ‘elevator pitch’ so you can impactfully describe who you are, what you do and the unique value you add
- Using LinkedIn to create a strong first impression, build relationships and have ongoing engagement with key individuals
- Refining your CV to highlight your best achievements and traits and help steer the focus of discussions
- Creating a compelling career overview that leaves the listener clear about you
- Writing the greatest achievements of your career to date, and articulating the value add to the organisation.
Partnering you on the job market journey
- Helping you take a proactive approach and preparing before you start conversations
- Navigating the evolving job market and how best to interact with recruitment and search firms today
- Building and deepening your professional relationships, increasing connections and harnessing them
- Improving your performance at interviews through regular practice interviews, feedback and preparation
- Being your sounding board throughout the process
- Working out which offer to accept and negotiating the package – supporting you to achieve the compensation you are worth.
Transition
- Transitioning successfully between roles to leave on a high and land with impact
- Managing your exit with consideration
- Planning your first three months in role
- Building new relationships while maintaining existing ones
